Owner Troy Usina’s first experience with Handi-House began when he went to buy one from another dealer. The dealer thought he would do well in the business, and soon representatives from Handi-House showed up and talked Troy into starting his own business selling the
convenient, portable structures.
The rest is history.
Troy Usina Enterprises began as a small business
